Areas we cover

We match customers with vetted, insured movers across all 27 residential towns in Singapore. There is no town we do not cover, and no surcharge for being in one rather than another.

What does change by area is access, and access is what moves a quote more than distance ever does. The floor you are on, whether your lift takes a three-seater upright, how far the lorry can park from the lift lobby, and whether a 24ft vehicle can physically reach your gate. A 4-room flat in a 1978 Toa Payoh slab block and a 4-room flat in a 2019 Punggol block are the same flat on paper and two different jobs in practice.

That is the whole reason we write a page per town rather than swapping a name into a template. Those pages are being published in batches. Where a town is not yet linked below, tell us about your move anyway and we will still match you.

Central

The oldest stock on the island and the hardest access. Small 1970s lift cars in Toa Payoh, pre-war walk-ups with no lift in Tiong Bahru, lift-less private blocks through the Geylang lorongs, and CBD basement carparks that a 14ft lorry cannot clear.

East

Large mature towns with an unusually big landed component. The constraint here is frontage rather than floor level: the lanes through Frankel and Opera Estate have no turning space, so a full-size lorry often stages on the main road.

North-East

A split between mature Hougang and Serangoon, where executive maisonettes add an internal staircase, and young Sengkang and Punggol, where almost every job is a first move-in to an empty flat with new, generous lifts.

West

Mostly 1980s and 1990s stock spread over long distances, so travel time between precincts is a real cost. Bukit Batok adds slope: several blocks sit above the road with external steps up to the lift lobby.

North

Newer blocks and easier access on site, but far from the island centre, so some vendors price extra travel time in. Woodlands has the added quirk of Causeway traffic loading the approach roads from mid-afternoon.
