This is where the condo time window becomes the binding constraint. Most MCSTs allow moving only inside weekday office hours, so a three or four-bedroom unit has to be finished inside roughly four to eight hours — which means more crew over fewer hours rather than a relaxed full day. The other thing to settle early is the basement height limit. Where a carpark caps at 2.1 to 2.4 metres, a 14ft or 24ft lorry cannot enter at all and the crew shuttles from a surface bay, which is the most common reason a large condo move overruns its slot.
